If you have ffmpeg installed on your system it will even automatically merge dash files ( separate audio and video) for higher quality downloads if available. There is a great youtube-dl front end “gui” which lets you update its’ internal youtube-dl with one click, preconfigure the download path, and the format and quality to download as well as other variables. ![]()
